Tales from the Body Closet

You're probably asking yourself, what the hell is the Body Closet? Patience asshole, I'll tell you in time.

So recording is back on track, I (Al) had to take a couple months off to deal with some schmegma which is mostly taken care of, letting me jump on the recording train. We're recording the vocals in the Body Closet (this is the part where I tell you what that is). As the story goes, years ago, Brian's house was a real estate office. One Friday night, a guy was working late by himself and fell through the stairs, where he was impaed on a pipe. They found his body the following Monday when the workers returned ot the office. I am recording my vocals in the stone walled, dirt floored closet where they found him. We'll have to get pics up to do it justice - think old school serial killer dungeon - rough stone blocks for walls, dirt for a floor, and I sing with the door closed in near darkness. The sound is pretty fan-fucking-tastic though. So far the foudnation is done for three songs and we're plugging away.

In other news, we're looking to book out shows again, starting in August. If you ar ea promoter or know of a show that we'd fit, let us know. Additionally, we've begun writing some new material at the same time, so stay tuned for more crushing shit in the near future.
