Last fall, we invested a ton of time and energy recording material for a full length album. Right about the time we finished recording all of the instruments and I started laying vocal tracks, Jay parted ways with the band, and we scrapped the months of work we had invested in the album.

However, we had finished rough vocal tracks for Shadows of Mortality, and in the interest of sharing new material with our fans, Brian has finalized the rough tracks into a working state, which is now available on the D.C. Myspace, and will be coming soon to this site.

This is not a substitution for the new material we plan to record soon, it's simply something to tide you all over. So give us some feedback, let us know what you think of it. And stay tuned for more

It was a rainy weekend, what do you expect? Lot's of new features on the website. New artwork, updated art for the show flyers, new polls (vote for your favorite D.C. member!), new merch engine (now we just need merch, which should be coming soon), new blog comments so you guys can tell me how great the new site is! We now have RSS feeds too for our shows, merch and blogs. If you know what that is, then take advantage of it!

For those of you who have made it out to the last couple shows, you have heard not 1 but 2 new songs. We plan on unleashing a few more in the next few months and then will be recording it to give you something fresh. Speaking of recording, we may have a new track up for your listening enjoyment in the next week or so.

We will be adding some additional goodies in the near future, so keep checking in. That's all for now, stay metal.

Just a quick update, D.C. is gearing up for a summer full of metal and beer. We're currently booking shows through the summer, so if you want us to come to your town just tell us when and where.

Earlier this month we debuted a brand new song, 'One More Stain', which earned rave reviews, and a few bruised ribs. We have another song nearing completion, just needs vocals, aka I need to get off my ass and do some work.

Lastly, we're getting ready to produce some more merch and are looking for anyone with some artistic ability that is interested in helping us give birth to an evil new logo.
